  • The prices shown on the website include the applicable VAT in Spain.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and will be indicated separately during the purchase process.

    • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Delivery time 3 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to causes beyond Sacrifice Victory's control.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

9. Returns and exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges will be governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy
    • The customer has a period of 5 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.
    • Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in case of manufacturing defect or error on the part of Sacrifice Victory.
    • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and with their original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for: underwear, socks...etc.

10. Exclusion of Liability:

  • Sacrifice Victory is not responsible for damages or losses that may arise from the use of the website, including, but not limited to errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the website, or transmission of viruses or malicious programs.  
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price of your order.
